The service is a fantastic one - coming to your home with samples of carpets you can actually see in situ, at a time that pretty much suits you. The pre sales experience with looking at all the floor samples was a fantastic selling point as it enabled me to choose a material I would never looked at if I saw it originally in a shop. There really is nothing better than looking at the samples in the convenience of your home, surrounded by existing colours, as it gives you the additional confidence in the final choice.
